MAC PaLTO Consensus Conference(Milan, Italy – 22-23 February 2023)
The rationale of the MAC Palto Consensus Conference was to reach an agreement on practical clinical definitions of “patients with limited treatment options” (PaLTO) among “adults with a lung infection caused by Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC) and “who do not have cystic fibrosis”.
